Drilite® is a new and exclusive waterproof, breathable and durable fabric developed by Mountain Equipment.

Drilite uses a pore-free monolithic membrane that is laminated to a number of outer face fabrics and actively transports water vapour through its molecular structure.

"The monolithic membrane provides all the protection you need yet measures a minuscule fifteen microns thick. It allows us to make jackets light enough for fell runners, packable enough for alpine hikers and tough enough for serious mountain routes. Another first from Mountain Equipment."

PrimaLoft was developed for the US Army in the 1980's and has a few different variations. PrimaLoft One has the best warmth-to-weight ratios of any synthetic insulation and can be found in many products across several brands in our range.

It is the premier form of synthetic insulation for clothing available on the market. When dry, PrimaLoft is the equivalent of a 500 to 550 fill power Goose down.

In wet conditions, a PrimaLoft insulation's thermal properties far exceed that of down as it is able to

Gore-Tex: Garments engineered with GORE-TEX® Active fabrics are built for extreme breathability. The membrane is combined with light weight face fabrics, producing garments ideal for highly aerobic, done-in-a-day activities such as trail & road running, cross country, skiing and mountain biking.
