Terms & Conditions:
- The New Season 5% Reward Points promotion runs from
20 August 2026 until 23:59 on 30 September 2026, inclusive.
- During the promotional period, customers will earn Taunton Leisure Reward Points equivalent to
5% of the purchase value of each qualifying new-season product.
- The promotional 5% Reward Points rate replaces the standard
1% Reward Points rate that would normally apply to qualifying products. It is not an additional 5%.
- Reward Points are calculated on the value of each qualifying product and
not on the total basket or transaction value.
- Qualifying products are those included within the
5% Reward Points on New Season Gear collection on tauntonleisure.com or identified as qualifying new-season products in Taunton Leisure stores.
- The promotion is available
online and in Taunton Leisure stores.
- Reward Points are linked to the customer's email address and may be earned and redeemed online or in-store in accordance with the standard Taunton Leisure Customer Rewards scheme.
- Where a qualifying product is included within another 5% Reward Points promotion, including the New Season Footwear promotion, promotional Reward Points
do not stack. The maximum promotional Reward Points rate available on that product is 5% of its qualifying purchase value.
- Other products purchased within the same transaction that do not qualify for this promotion will earn Reward Points at their normal applicable rate.
- If a qualifying product is subsequently returned for a refund, Reward Points earned from that product may be deducted from the customer's Reward Points balance.
- This promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made before the promotional period.
- Taunton Leisure reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances
beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will be made in accordance with applicable promotional marketing requirements and will not unfairly disadvantage customers who have already participated in the promotion.

How do I use a voucher or discount code?
You can enter a valid voucher, gift voucher or discount code during checkout.
After adding your email address and delivery/contact details, look for the Coupons & Gift Vouchers box. Enter your code, then select the + button to apply it.
Your saving will be shown before you place your order. Only one code can be used per order.
If the code does not apply correctly, try refreshing the checkout or using a private/incognito browser window. Sometimes a previous checkout session can remain in your browser cache, which may cause the checkout process to detect another code.
