Are inflatable tents any good in bad weather?

Yes, a well-made inflatable tent is more than capable of withstanding British weather. High-quality air tents use tough, waterproof fabrics and robust air beam technology that provides excellent stability, even in high winds and heavy rain. Some campers even find them more wind-resistant than traditional poled tents, as the beams flex slightly under pressure instead of snapping. Choosing a model from a trusted brand is key, as is making sure your guy lines are properly pegged out and tensioned.

How long does it take to set up an air tent?

Most air tents can be fully pitched in around 10–15 minutes, depending on size and experience.
