How quickly do we ship orders?

- All items in stock in our main warehouse
- Order by 3pm Mon - Fri for same day dispatch - estimated dispatch date is shown on each product page and your basket

- Order containing items in our stores or other warehouse
- Estimated dispatch date is shown on each product page and your basket, there is typically a 3 - 5 working day lead time for stock only available from these locations, although we often ship items slightly quicker than this.

Choose Click & Collect during checkout, complete your purchase as usual, and the selected store will be in touch when the item is ready for collection.

Orders will typically take between 1 - 3 working days to be at the Pickup shop
Choose Click & Collect then DPD Pickup in the checkout to have your order delivered to your local DPD Pickup Point.
Size & weight restrictions apply.

Free for orders over £150
(£4.95 for orders below £50)
Usually 1 -2 days from dispatch
Tracked 24 is delivered 7 days a week

FAQ's

Can I collect from a Taunton Leisure store?

Yes, you can collect your order from one of our stores

Choose Click & Collect in the checkout and select your preferred store.

You can check the available stock in the store on each product page.

Once ready, the store will be in contact to confirm the item is ready for collection.

Can you send my order to an alternative address?

When placing your order, you can manage your address book at checkout or anytime for subsequent orders from your account.

If you wish to change the delivery address after placing an order, but before it has been dispatched, please email [email protected]

Can I change the delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched?

For deliveries sent with Royal Mail, we are unable to amend the address once the parcel has left us.

For DPD Delivery the best option is for you to manage the delivery process through the DPD Predict service, whereby you can opt to upgrade delivery, select a safe place, nominate a neighbour, Pick Up shop and more.

Change of address that involve the parcel going to another depot may incur a charge and/or delay

My address is in a Highlands & Islands location, how much will delivery be?

We will always try to deliver your order using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, which is free for orders over £50. This service is up to 20 kg and 61 x 46 x 46 cm.

For larger weights and dimensions we have to use DPD which add a surcharge to these destinations, this will be calculated at checkout but if you have any questions please contact us.

How can I track my parcel?

We ship with Royal Mail Tracked, FedEx and DPD courier - all are tracked services and can be looked up online using your tracking number.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email with tracking information and a link to the courier website

When will my order arrive?

Standard delivery is usually 2 – 3 days from dispatch. Other services from DPD or FedEx aim for next working day, Highland & Islands will take a day or so longer, all services are trackable. The estimated dispatch date is shown on all products and in your basket. Orders fully in stock in our main warehouse are shipped same day if you order before 3pm Mon - Fri. Orders containing items from our stores or other warehouse typically have a 3 - 5 day lead time before dispatch. Although we often ship slightly faster than this, please allow the stated timeframe for receipt of your order.

Can you leave my parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour?

Yes, for some deliveries

FOR ROYAL MAIL DELIVERIES: Royal Mail will try a neighbour and also leave in a safe place if they consider a location suitable for this at your address. They will leave a card telling you where the parcel has been left. If they can't do either of these, a card will let you know the parcel has been returned to the local Customer Service Point for collection

FOR DPD DELIVERIES: DPD offer a variety of ways to customise and personalise your delivery. Instructions regarding safe places for deliveries or other requests are handled by the customer through the DPD predict service. Links to these features are provided via text & email after your order has been dispatched.

FOR FEDEX DELIVERIES: FedEx offers a variety of ways to customise and personalise your delivery. Instructions regarding safe places for deliveries or other requests are handled by the customer through FedEx. Links to these features are provided via text & email after your order has been dispatched.

Be sure to add in your email/SMS info for this function. We have no facility for adding information to any DPD orders once they have been dispatched.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Our standard terms and conditions for all deliveries.

All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you as soon as possible. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch.

Please note: For larger items, we may send with a DPD Courier Delivery / FedEx

In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within 2 working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.

We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
