Easy 90 Day Returns

For specific instructions then download a returns form, enclose with your return and send the items to us in a new and unused resalable condition, securely packaged with all product packaging, labels and tags included within 90 days of receipt.

No printer? No problem, simply enclose a note with your name / postcode and order number and what action you require with the returned items. You can also return online purchases to our stores for refund / exchange too!

Warranty / Service

If you think your product is possibly faulty

- To resolve your query efficiently we use a claim form and case / ticket system, complete the form, add all the details required, and we'll get straight on to sorting it out.
- Please include as much information as possible to help us fully understand the issue.
- You'll need your order number, and uploading some pictures with the form is a great idea and usually required for us to proceed.
- You will get an email receipt with your ticket reference.
- We deal with warranty or faulty product queries via email and your ticket, this keeps all details together and helps get to a resolution quicker.
- If after receipt of your claim form the product needs to be returned to us, we will provide a pre-paid return label or arrange collection for larger / heavier items, customer services will let you know how to proceed.
- Please don't send a possible faulty or warranty product back without completing the claim form first, as we are unable to refund your postage if you do.
- Note, we can only deal with the original purchaser of the product

Timescale to deal with your claim - for technical faults or repairs we use the services of the original manufacturer or nominated agent for inspection, testing and high quality guaranteed repairs. Please allow a reasonable timescale for completion of this process, customer services can advise further as this does vary between products.

I think a product I've bought from you is faulty, what should I do?

Firstly, apologies you are having to contact us in these circumstances, in the first instance please complete our warranty service form or pop to the store you bought the product from, we will be pleased to help.

Important– For warranty claims, please complete the warranty form and await a reply from customer services before sending a faulty item back. We are unable to refund your return postage costs unless you have done so.

If customer services advise your product is possibly faulty and requires further inspection, then we will send you a pre-paid return label – simply attach to the parcel and drop into your local Yodel shop. For larger heavier orders like tents & camping furniture etc we can arrange for courier collection if required. You have a legal right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt and get a refund, including postage back to us. Please start the process off by completing our warranty service form, and we will get in touch.

How can I return an order to you?

You can return a new and unused item for a refund within 90 days, return options can be found at the top of this page.

Can I return an order to a store?

Yes, of course, if more convenient. Stores can process a refund or exchange, please bring your new / unused goods and a copy of your order email (on your phone is ok)

I don't have a printer, what should I include in the return parcel?

Please include the information requested on the returns form. If we have any issues finding your order, we will give you a call or email, so please ensure these are included.

How do I exchange an item for a different size?

The easiest method is to place a new order for the correct size and simply send the incorrect ones back for a refund. We can process an exchange, but can't reserve stock awaiting the return. To do this, return your order to us with the returns form, tick the box for exchange and include a detailed description of the size and colour you wish to exchange this for.

Once received, we will check the stock of your requested item and despatch the exchanged item to you.

You will receive an email with your tracking information after despatch.

Full Terms & Conditions

We don't offer free returns for unwanted or unsuitable orders back to us, you're welcome to drop an order back into one of our stores.

All goods must be in a new and unused condition. All product packaging, labels and tags must be included. For unwanted items, the order will be refunded, excluding any delivery charges. Please don't write or stick returns labels to the product packaging itself but use an outer bag or box.

Tents, awnings, canopies & extensions - Please note that once a tent, awning, canopy or extension has been pitched outside we are unable to accept it back under the 90-day return policy as it not in a new and unused condition. Please check tent dimensions, floor plans and details carefully or if you are unsure please visit one of our stores or shows to view before purchase.

Footwear - Please note, in the case of footwear returns, please use outer packaging to send the product back. Any shoe boxes defaced by parcel tape, stamps, writing or our returns address etc on will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Climbing Equipment - Safety equipment (climbing gear such as, but not restricted to, harnesses, helmets, ropes, hardware & slings) must be returned in brand new and unused condition as per our returns' policy. All packaging including tags and instruction manuals must be present, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return. This is for your own safety and the safety of others.

Underwear - For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on briefs, boxers and other underwear returned to us as we are unable to resell these to other customers. Please check the size-chart listed on the product page carefully before ordering underwear, if you require any more detailed sizing assistance then please get in touch and will be happy to measure etc as you require.

Electronics/ data products - returns policy excludes CD/DVD disks, memory cards & data products or any electronic products such as GPS or watches once registered or activated.

Faulty or warranty returns - please go to the Warranty / Service page and complete the claim form is required.

Consumer Contracts Regulation - UK Only (Formerly known as Distance Selling Regulations)

You have a right to cancel your order within a fourteen working day cooling off period following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalised or made to your specification.

To cancel your order using the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you must e-mail or write to us with your details and order number and state that you are cancelling your order and claiming your rights under these regulations. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging, and must not use them. All goods are returned at your own expense, unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

You will receive a refund within fourteen days of your notice to cancel. We advise customers to return a product with the original packaging to ensure that the product is not damaged on its return journey.

Returning an order for refund under our 90 return policy without contacting first as set out above does not mean you have claimed your rights under these regulations.

Hilleberg Soulo BL Tent - Red




The Hilleberg Soulo BL is a Black Label version of the ever popular Red Label Soulo. Weighing just 400g more than the Red Label Soulo, the new Soulo BL features the Kerlon 1800 outer tent fabric and 10 mm poles found in all Black Label tents. The Red Label Soulo has been used with great success in all conditions, from big mountain climbing to polar expeditions. The new Soulo BL offers the same remarkable roominess and fully freestanding construction with integrated vestibule, but with even more strength and durability.

Part of Hilleberg's Black Label range, this tent is designed to handle any terrain or weather conditions, from the mildest to the most demanding.

The Soulo BL is a remarkably light and tremendously strong tent that can be pitched almost anywhere. It's this freestanding construction that makes it perfect for any trip and is popular with back country hunters and winter campers, bicycle, motorcycle and paddle tourers, long distance trekkers and weekend hikers because of its light weight, integrated vestibule and snow load handling.

The dome construction with multiple pole crossing points provide outstanding snow-load handling capabilities, and the fully freestanding design requires no pegs for pitching. The straightforward short sleeve and clip pole system also makes for quick, easy set up.

This tent has plenty of room for one occupant and gear, the single entrance/ single vestibule configuration affords easy access as well as storage space and the integrated stowage pocket helps to keep you organised. The high bathtub floor keeps out groundwater and full no-see-um mesh on the inner tent door is covered by a zipper adjustable, fabric panel for all-season comfort. Dual guy lines on each pole, with the upper attachment loop designed to wrap around the pole, increases stability in poor conditions and the adjustable roof vent can be closed with a snow-proof panel which is accessible from inside the tent.

Optional Additions - Available Separately
For added protection, an additional tough Footprint can be purchased to help protect the tent’s floor from abrasion and to keep ground moisture from rising in the vestibule.

    This is thee one man tent to buy for any and all weather conditions. I was fortunate enough to get this Soulo BL after only a week on the Taunton Leisure waiting list. It’s unbelievably strong in high winds and sticks to the ground like a limpet. The poles don’t even flex in 45mph winds. There’s plenty space inside with a generous vestibule for your rucksack and footwear. This is simply the best one man tent money can buy.
