The Hilleberg Anjan 2 GT is a very lightweight three season tunnel tent for travellers who want excellent ventilation, fast pitching and a generous sheltered living area for snow free conditions around the world.
Part of Hilleberg's
Yellow Label range, these tents are primarily designed to be lightweight and intended for use in warmer climates and in snow-free conditions.
Inside Comfort
The inner tent provides a comfortable living space for one user seeking real room or for two travelling light. With a 100 cm inner height, it is easy to sit up, change and organise kit. The all mesh inner door and large rear mesh vent keep airflow high, making the tent particularly comfortable in warm climates and on summer trips.
Outside Performance
Designed specifically for three-season use, the Anjan 2 GT uses catenary-cut outer tent walls to maintain constant airflow while still offering reliable rain protection. The Kerlon 1000 outer fabric combined with 9 mm poles delivers a carefully balanced mix of low weight and useful strength. In very warm weather, the rear outer wall can be fully rolled up, and the extended GT vestibule can be opened right back to maximise airflow and outdoor living space.
Setup
The tunnel construction gives an excellent space-to-weight ratio and a compact footprint, ideal for mobile journeys. Inner and outer tents are linked but separable and pitch together to help keep the inner dry. A single continuous pole sleeve with a pole tensioning system allows for quick and straightforward pitching, and the structure needs only four pegs to stand. The extended vestibule adds significant sheltered storage without a large weight penalty.
Optional Additions - Available SeparatelyFor added protection, an additional tough
Footprint can be purchased to help protect the tent’s floor from abrasion.

Understanding the Hilleberg Range
Hilleberg are widely regarded as one of the world's leading tent manufacturers, trusted by everyone from first-time backpackers to experienced mountaineers, expedition teams and outdoor professionals. Designed and developed in Sweden, Hilleberg tents have been used on every continent and have earned a reputation for exceptional reliability, innovative Kerlon fabrics and meticulous attention to detail.
One of the biggest misconceptions about Hilleberg is that the most expensive or strongest tent is automatically the best choice. In reality, every Hilleberg tent is designed for a specific purpose, balancing weight, strength, ventilation and living space to suit different environments and styles of adventure.
For example, while a Black Label tent offers outstanding strength for demanding conditions, it may not be the ideal choice for a lightweight summer trek or an extended trip in warmer climates. Likewise, a lightweight Yellow Label tent is perfect for many adventures but isn't designed for severe winter conditions. Choosing the right Hilleberg is about finding the tent that best matches where you'll go, the weather you'll encounter and how you like to travel.
That's why understanding Hilleberg's colour label system is so important.
Designed for snow-free conditions and warmer climates, Yellow Label tents are Hilleberg's lightest range. They prioritise low weight and excellent ventilation, making them ideal for summer backpacking, bikepacking, long-distance trails and lightweight trekking.
Red Label tents are Hilleberg's versatile all-season range, offering an excellent balance of strength, weight and comfort. For many people, they provide the ideal combination of durability and packability for year-round trekking in a wide variety of conditions.
Black Label tents are Hilleberg's strongest and most robust designs, built for demanding environments, prolonged use and severe weather. They prioritise maximum strength and durability where reliability is critical.
If you're unsure which Hilleberg is right for you, our Hilleberg specialists can help. Rather than recommending the most expensive model, we'll ask about the trips you have planned, the conditions you'll encounter and the features that matter most, helping you choose the tent that's best suited to your adventures.
