Easy 90 Day Returns
Simply return the items to us in a new and unused resalable condition, securely packaged with all product packaging, labels and tags included within 90 days of receipt.

You are welcome to use Royal Mail or whichever delivery or service is convenient to return your order to us. Please retain proof of posting or tracking receipt in case of query.

Warranty / Service
Please include as much information as possible to help us fully understand the issue.
We stand by the quality and performance of the products we sell, as a genuine stockist we offer manufacturer extended guarantees where applicable.
For faulty products and warranty, please complete the claim form, you'll need your order number and some pictures when appropriate.
If you have an item purchased from one of our stores, please contact the respsective store directly.
Please don't send a product back without contacting us first using the contact form.
If after receipt of your claim form the product needs to be returned to us we will provide a pre-paid returns label or arrange collection for larger / heavier items, customer services will advise when we receive you claim form.
For technical faults or repairs we use the services of the original manufacturer or nominated agentfor inspection, testing and high quality guaranteed repairs. Please allow a reasonable timescale for completion of this process, customer services can advise further.
