Warranty / Service

If you think your product is possibly faulty

- To resolve your query efficiently we use a claim form and case / ticket system, complete the form, add all the details required, and we'll get straight on to sorting it out.
- Please include as much information as possible to help us fully understand the issue.
- You'll need your order number, and uploading some pictures with the form is a great idea and usually required for us to proceed.
- You will get an email receipt with your ticket reference.
- We deal with warranty or faulty product queries via email and your ticket, this keeps all details together and helps get to a resolution quicker.
- If after receipt of your claim form the product needs to be returned to us, we will provide a pre-paid return label or arrange collection for larger / heavier items, customer services will let you know how to proceed.
- Please don't send a possible faulty or warranty product back without completing the claim form first, as we are unable to refund your postage if you do.
- Note, we can only deal with the original purchaser of the product

Timescale to deal with your claim - for technical faults or repairs we use the services of the original manufacturer or nominated agent for inspection, testing and high quality guaranteed repairs. Please allow a reasonable timescale for completion of this process, customer services can advise further as this does vary between products.

FAQ's

I think a product I've bought from you is faulty, what should I do?

Firstly, apologies you are having to contact us in these circumstances, in the first instance please complete our warranty service form or pop to the store you bought the product from, we will be pleased to help.

Important– For warranty claims, please complete the warranty form and await a reply from customer services before sending a faulty item back. We are unable to refund your return postage costs unless you have done so.

If customer services advise your product is possibly faulty and requires further inspection, then we will send you a pre-paid return label – simply attach to the parcel and drop into your local Yodel shop. For larger heavier orders like tents & camping furniture etc we can arrange for courier collection if required. You have a legal right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt and get a refund, including postage back to us. Please start the process off by completing our warranty service form, and we will get in touch.

How can I return an order to you?

You can return a new and unused item for a refund within 90 days, return options can be found at the top of this page.

Can I return an order to a store?

Yes, of course, if more convenient. Stores can process a refund or exchange, please bring your new / unused goods and a copy of your order email (on your phone is ok)

Can you collect my return?

Yes, buy a label from our Returns Portal and Royal Mail can collect - subject to weight and size limits - please refer to the portal for more info.

How do I exchange an item for a different size?

The easiest method is to place a new order for the correct size and simply send the incorrect ones back for a refund. We can process an exchange, but can't reserve stock awaiting the return. Go to the returns portal and let us know you request

Once received, we will check the stock of your requested item and despatch the exchanged item to you.

You will receive an email with your tracking information after despatch.

Full Terms & Conditions

We don't offer free returns for unwanted or unsuitable orders back to us, you're welcome to drop an order back into one of our stores.

All goods must be in a new and unused condition. All product packaging, labels and tags must be included. For unwanted items, the order will be refunded, excluding any delivery charges. Please don't write or stick returns labels to the product packaging itself but use an outer bag or box.

Tents, awnings, canopies & extensions - Please note that once a tent, awning, canopy or extension has been pitched outside we are unable to accept it back under the 90-day return policy as it not in a new and unused condition. Please check tent dimensions, floor plans and details carefully or if you are unsure please visit one of our stores or shows to view before purchase.

Footwear - Please note, in the case of footwear returns, please use outer packaging to send the product back. Any shoe boxes defaced by parcel tape, stamps, writing or our returns address etc on will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Climbing Equipment - Safety equipment (climbing gear such as, but not restricted to, harnesses, helmets, ropes, hardware & slings) must be returned in brand new and unused condition as per our returns' policy. All packaging including tags and instruction manuals must be present, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return. This is for your own safety and the safety of others.

Underwear - For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on briefs, boxers and other underwear returned to us as we are unable to resell these to other customers. Please check the size-chart listed on the product page carefully before ordering underwear, if you require any more detailed sizing assistance then please get in touch and will be happy to measure etc as you require.

Electronics/ data products - returns policy excludes CD/DVD disks, memory cards & data products or any electronic products such as GPS or watches once registered or activated.

Faulty or warranty returns - please go to the Warranty / Service page and complete the claim form is required.

Consumer Contracts Regulations

You have a right to cancel your order within a fourteen working day cooling off period following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalised or made to your specification.

To cancel your order using the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you must e-mail or write to us with your details and order number and state that you are cancelling your order and claiming your rights under these regulations. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging, and must not use them. All goods are returned at your own expense, unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

You will receive a refund within fourteen days of your notice to cancel. We advise customers to return a product with the original packaging to ensure that the product is not damaged on its return journey.

Returning an order for refund under our 90 return policy without contacting first as set out above does not mean you have claimed your rights under these regulations.

The Outdoor Revolution Airedale 9.0SE is a four-zoned, inflatable tunnel tent that can sleep 9+ people. Featuring two, multifunctional side annex's for additional sleeping, storage and utility space.

The Airedale tent range has been inspired by the needs of serious family campers. Packed with multiple practical features, cutting edge technologies and the very best technical fabrics. This functional tent is ideal for weekend, to week long camping trips. The main three zones include a wet room at the front for storage, or dining in the shade while enjoying the outside, a separate dry living room with an additional side door, plus a bedroom, making this tent perfect for active campers.

Comfort
The bedroom features darkened roof panels and sides to reduce light penetration, and improve sleep quality. Two, zippered bedroom dividers between the varying bedrooms offer the option to create one large bedroom, a bedroom and storage or three separate bedrooms. This generous bedroom has been deepened to 230cm to accommodate larger air mattresses and allows up to 50cm of space per adult to comfortably settle down for a great night's sleep. A bedroom inner for the right side annex is included with the tent, increasing the capacity to 9.

The spacious living area easily fits camping chairs and other small furniture, while the integrated front porch provides an ideal area for storing wet gear, or dining in the shade while enjoying the outside. An exclusive multi-functional side annex has been designed to function as either an access point, flexible utility space or a two berth sleeping area, increasing the total sleeping capacity.

Mesh ventilation panels in the bedroom and living areas maintain a comfortable environment by optimising air flow, whilst helping combat condensation and internal humidity. Ventilation is important to create a fresh airflow and remove condensation which accumulates as you sleep, boil that kettle or due to the weather.

The sealed-in groundsheet in the living areas keeps out draughts, insects, dirt and water from the tent. The removable 'bathtub' front porch groundsheet can also be removed to create a wet area for shoes. Cable entry points enable secure access to power, and high visibility reflective guylines reduce the risk of tripping in low light. Additional Velcro attachment points accommodate Outdoor Revolution's optional LED light range, and a wardrobe pole turns one of the side bedroom compartment into a wardrobe.

Privacy
The large zippered front door can be partially, or fully, rolled back to create an open space with unhampered access or views. Backed by zip-back Phoenix Mesh ventilation, fly screen panels on the side Patio Style door and internal divider door optimise air circulation and offers insect free ventilation. While enhancing the tent's light, airy ambience, a second Phoenix Mesh ventilation fly screen door provides insect-free ventilation without compromising on view, comfort and safety. Additional Phoenix mesh Ventilation fly screen panels are also found in the central divider panel, and upper left-hand side window to optimise air circulation.

All windows are accompanied by zip-up curtains, which can be rolled completely back, or zipped up for total privacy at night.

Optional Additions - Available Separately
For added comfort, an additional Footprint can be pitched first to help you pitch your tent in the correct spot first time, and prevent the underside of the tent from getting dirty or wet. Or the addition of a Dura-tread Carpet provides under foot comfort and warmth.
For extra sleeping space, the Outdoor Revolution 2 Berth Side Annexe Inner Tent can be clipped into the side annex to transform it into an additional bedroom. Or, the Outdoor Revolution Two Berth Clip-in Inner Tent can be clipped into the main living area to create a bedroom/ storage area.
To help reduce internal temperatures, humidity and condensation, this Outdoor Revolution Lounge Liner toggles into the roof of the tent.

Materials

Airframe: The reliable Oxygen Air Frame is quick and easy to use. Inflation is rapid through the famed Dynamic Speed Valve (DSV) using the Dual Action Hand Pump provided, whilst deflation is just the push of a button.

Flysheet: Made from ultra-lightweight 240HDE fabric flysheet, this premium material has been specifically engineered to be lightweight, yet durable. This material incorporates a 4,000mm Hydrostatic Head and employs fully taped seams throughout, meaning it is exceptionally waterproof and rain will simply bead onto the surface, before rolling off. This tent neatly packs away into a carry bag and priorities minimal weight and a small pack size.

Windows: The expansive tinted anti-glare windows grant a panoramic vista of the surrounding outside world and protect against any harmful UV rays, whilst increasing privacy and illuminating the internal living space during daytime hours.
