Easy 90 Day Returns

For specific instructions then download a returns form, enclose with your return and send the items to us in a new and unused resalable condition, securely packaged with all product packaging, labels and tags included within 90 days of receipt.

No printer? No problem, simply enclose a note with your name / postcode and order number and what action you require with the returned items. You can also return online purchases to our stores for refund / exchange too!

Warranty / Service

If you think your product is possibly faulty

- To resolve your query efficiently we use a claim form and case / ticket system, complete the form, add all the details required, and we'll get straight on to sorting it out.
- Please include as much information as possible to help us fully understand the issue.
- You'll need your order number, and uploading some pictures with the form is a great idea and usually required for us to proceed.
- You will get an email receipt with your ticket reference.
- We deal with warranty or faulty product queries via email and your ticket, this keeps all details together and helps get to a resolution quicker.
- If after receipt of your claim form the product needs to be returned to us, we will provide a pre-paid return label or arrange collection for larger / heavier items, customer services will let you know how to proceed.
- Please don't send a possible faulty or warranty product back without completing the claim form first, as we are unable to refund your postage if you do.
- Note, we can only deal with the original purchaser of the product

Timescale to deal with your claim - for technical faults or repairs we use the services of the original manufacturer or nominated agent for inspection, testing and high quality guaranteed repairs. Please allow a reasonable timescale for completion of this process, customer services can advise further as this does vary between products.

FAQ's

I think a product I've bought from you is faulty, what should I do?

Firstly, apologies you are having to contact us in these circumstances, in the first instance please complete our warranty service form or pop to the store you bought the product from, we will be pleased to help.

Important– For warranty claims, please complete the warranty form and await a reply from customer services before sending a faulty item back. We are unable to refund your return postage costs unless you have done so.

If customer services advise your product is possibly faulty and requires further inspection, then we will send you a pre-paid return label – simply attach to the parcel and drop into your local Yodel shop. For larger heavier orders like tents & camping furniture etc we can arrange for courier collection if required. You have a legal right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt and get a refund, including postage back to us. Please start the process off by completing our warranty service form, and we will get in touch.

How can I return an order to you?

You can return a new and unused item for a refund within 90 days, return options can be found at the top of this page.

Can I return an order to a store?

Yes, of course, if more convenient. Stores can process a refund or exchange, please bring your new / unused goods and a copy of your order email (on your phone is ok)

I don't have a printer, what should I include in the return parcel?

Please include the information requested on the returns form. If we have any issues finding your order, we will give you a call or email, so please ensure these are included.

How do I exchange an item for a different size?

The easiest method is to place a new order for the correct size and simply send the incorrect ones back for a refund. We can process an exchange, but can't reserve stock awaiting the return. To do this, return your order to us with the returns form, tick the box for exchange and include a detailed description of the size and colour you wish to exchange this for.

Once received, we will check the stock of your requested item and despatch the exchanged item to you.

You will receive an email with your tracking information after despatch.

Full Terms & Conditions

We don't offer free returns for unwanted or unsuitable orders back to us, you're welcome to drop an order back into one of our stores.

All goods must be in a new and unused condition. All product packaging, labels and tags must be included. For unwanted items, the order will be refunded, excluding any delivery charges. Please don't write or stick returns labels to the product packaging itself but use an outer bag or box.

Tents, awnings, canopies & extensions - Please note that once a tent, awning, canopy or extension has been pitched outside we are unable to accept it back under the 90-day return policy as it not in a new and unused condition. Please check tent dimensions, floor plans and details carefully or if you are unsure please visit one of our stores or shows to view before purchase.

Footwear - Please note, in the case of footwear returns, please use outer packaging to send the product back. Any shoe boxes defaced by parcel tape, stamps, writing or our returns address etc on will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Climbing Equipment - Safety equipment (climbing gear such as, but not restricted to, harnesses, helmets, ropes, hardware & slings) must be returned in brand new and unused condition as per our returns' policy. All packaging including tags and instruction manuals must be present, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return. This is for your own safety and the safety of others.

Underwear - For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on briefs, boxers and other underwear returned to us as we are unable to resell these to other customers. Please check the size-chart listed on the product page carefully before ordering underwear, if you require any more detailed sizing assistance then please get in touch and will be happy to measure etc as you require.

Electronics/ data products - returns policy excludes CD/DVD disks, memory cards & data products or any electronic products such as GPS or watches once registered or activated.

Faulty or warranty returns - please go to the Warranty / Service page and complete the claim form is required.

Consumer Contracts Regulation - UK Only (Formerly known as Distance Selling Regulations)

You have a right to cancel your order within a fourteen working day cooling off period following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalised or made to your specification.

To cancel your order using the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you must e-mail or write to us with your details and order number and state that you are cancelling your order and claiming your rights under these regulations. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging, and must not use them. All goods are returned at your own expense, unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

You will receive a refund within fourteen days of your notice to cancel. We advise customers to return a product with the original packaging to ensure that the product is not damaged on its return journey.

Returning an order for refund under our 90 return policy without contacting first as set out above does not mean you have claimed your rights under these regulations.

The MSR Hubba Hubba NX offers the most liveable accommodations in a lightweight freestanding design. Designed for up to two backpackers, this lightweight and compact tent is engineered for 3-season camping.

Comfort
The two easy-entry, D-shaped StayDry doors features glow in the dark zippers to make them easy to find at night, and it enters into a large vestibule that offers enough room for storing gear.

The inner tent balances breathable mesh and solid fabric panels which offers ventilation, warmth, and privacy. Designed to fit two mats, this spacious inner maximises comfort and features a built-in gear loft to keep all your essentials in one place, and within reach.

Setup
The unique pole configuration maximises head and elbow room throughout the tent, and the unified hub-and-pole system with colour-coded attachments allows for easy set up and packing.

The freestanding design means that the inner can be used alone and doesn't require pegging, making it ideal for use in warmer climates or combine with the rainfly that features adaptable doors, so you don't have to miss out on the views.

    I bought one in spring 2021 in the Highlands. It was very well packed and lightweight for the size. Quick to put up even in the dark. Easy construction. With heavy duty pegs which I bought separately the tent stood up to windy conditions well as long as you pitch it with the top or bottom facing the wind. I through hike solo and could get a lighter tent but I really enjoy this one. It is very airy which I like. My sleeping set up ensures Im warm.my tent ensures Im dry and cosy.

    Easy to put up and quick, feels robust enough for a lightweight tent. I like that it is freestanding. No collapsing tent when someone trips over your guy ropes.

    Nice weight and the material feels like it will last. A few problems as always nothing is perfect. Inner pitch first on this so you dont want to be putting this up in the wet with the amount of mesh on the inner. Top cross bar on pole is very fiddly especially with gloves. Flysheet spent all night against the inner even with extra guys added. The huge amount of mesh on the inner works well for keeping condensation to a minimum but at the same time allows a lot a wind straight through. As a 2 season lightweight tent for one who likes a bit of extra space this is ideal. Definitely not for cold weather and would be very snug for 2 people.
