You’ll need to bring food and water which is heavy on its own as well as spare clothes of course. The Osprey Exos & Eja 48 Rucksack

Let’s start with one of the most important components of any trek, what it all goes in, the rucksack. People often overlook that many packs add quite a substantial amount of weight, it takes quite a bit of engineering and material to allow proper support and adequate volume whilst maintaining the durability required for long distance trekking. However, this is where Osprey’s Excellent lightweight trekking packs Exos and Eja come in. Did we mention how important it is to have a good cup of tea or coffee during a night or five in the outdoors? The Sea-2-summit X-set 11 provides a simple, lightweight kettle and mug system. The X-Set 11 is complete with a collapsible 1.3L kettle and two mugs. Made from flexible food grade silicone and hard anodized aluminium bases, the collapsible X-Series is light weight, compact and durable. The wide rim and stable handles allow the kettle to be used as a 1.3L pot or a 1L kettle (safe boiling capacity) and the wide aluminium base absorbs maximum heat.
