RETAIL MANAGER - BRISTOL STORE
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Bristol Store for a Manager.
It is important to us that you are as passionate about the outdoors and our products as we are as it will enable you to converse easily with our customers and understand what they are really looking for when they visit us.
We are looking for someone who has been successful in a similar position, is used to and comfortable with achieving targets, enjoys motivating and managing staff and crucially someone who believes in and excels at providing Customer Service that is second to none.
You will also need to be flexible and able to manage the expectations of our customers whilst promoting and supporting the values of the business.

FULL-TIME SALES ASSISTANT - TAUNTON STORE
We are looking for someone who can combine their love of the outdoors with exceptional people skills to join our Taunton shop as a Retail Sales Assistant.
This position is an outdoor enthusiast's dream. It involves assisting customers by using your experience and knowledge of the outdoors.
You will be active, friendly and love the outdoors coupled with good knowledge and experience of trekking, camping, climbing or any outdoor pursuit that gets you out the front door. The wider your experience the better.
We are an independent retailer that encourage all our staff to contribute with their ideas for new products, promotions and blogs. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop your own skills.
You must be outgoing, self-motivated, an excellent communicator and passionate about what we do and sell at Taunton Leisure.
Some retail experience is desirable but training will be given. You will also have good knowledge of current technologies in the outdoor industry while being given the opportunity to expand your knowledge with manufacturer led field trips.
As well as dealing with customers on a face to face basis there is a good level of digital skill required so you must be computer savvy.
You will be part of a small, hard-working team and you will be willing to pitch in with all jobs to ensure the smooth running of the business.
A staff purchase scheme is available upon successful completion of probation period.
