How to return unwanted items
Simply return the items to us in a new and unused resaleable condition, securely packaged with all product packaging, labels and tags included within 30 days of receipt. A returns form is on the reverse of your invoice (included with your order). Please refer to our full returns terms for information on tents, climbing gear, underwear and footwear for further guidance.
You are welcome to use Royal Mail or whichever delivery or service is convenient to return your order to us. Please retain proof of posting or tracking receipt in case of query.

Easy and convenient returns with Collect+
For items under 60 x 50 x 50cm and 10kg, you can use the Collect+ service to return your order. There are over 5,800 Collect+ stores, open from early in the morning until late in the evening, 7 days a week.
Step one: Repackage your item and complete returns form on reverse of your invoice
Step two: Buy and print a returns label for £4.49 at Collect+
Step three: Take your item to your local Collect+ shop, drop it off and get a tracking receipt

Things to note
All goods must be in a new and unused condition.
All product packaging, labels and tags must be included.
For unwanted items the order will be refunded excluding any delivery charges
Please don't write or stick returns labels to the product packaging itself but use an outer bag or box.
Tents, awnings, canopies & extensions - Please note that once a tent, awning, canopy or extension has been pitched outside we are unable to accept it back under the 28 day return policy as it not in a new and unused condition.
Footwear - Please note in the case of footwear returns please use outer packaging to send the product back. Any shoe boxes defaced by parcel tape, stamps, writing or our returns address etc on will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.
Climbing Equipment - Safety equipment (climbing gear such as, but not restricted to, harnesses, helmets, ropes, hardware & slings) must be returned in brand new and un-used condition as per our returns policy. All packaging including tags and instruction manuals must be present, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return. This is for your own safety and the safety of others.
Underwear - For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund on briefs, boxers and other underwear returned to us as we are unable to resell these to other customers.
How to return faulty items - please contact us
Important - Please contact us for a pre paid returns label before sending a faulty item back as we are unable to refund your return postage costs unless you have done so.
If your product is faulty and requires sending back to us then we will send you a pre-paid returns label - simply attach to the parcel and drop into your local Post Office or Collect+ shop. For larger heavier orders like tents & camping furniture etc we can arrange for courier collection if required.
We don't offer free returns of any goods back to us.
