Part of Outwell's Premium Collection, the Montana 6P comes with a practical side porch, generous living space and ample of camping flexibility.

The Ambassador Master Bedroom offers generous floor space with a depth of 230cm and full standing height for comfort, easy access and mobility. Extra levels of comfort include mains cable entry points for power and darkened roof panel and sides to reduce light penetration and improve sleep quality by allowing you to sleep longer. A new 360° Access System bedroom door has 4 zips to allow you to open the door in multiple ways for open-air sleeping experience or pack away neatly into a pocket for hazard-free access and extended inner space.

The hybrid frame system combines pre-bent steel side poles with fibreglass roof poles for optimum strength, weight and pack side. The side steep sides maximises internal space and provides full headroom.

A large D-shaped, double zipped door is backed by a full mesh panel for insect-free ventilation options, the double zip sliders allow for different door configurations for access, ventilation and family life and the full panorama opening enhances the tent's light airy ambience by providing a veranda feel and unhampered access to the outside. The light, warm-toned flysheet creates a bright, cheerful internal ambience and many large tinted windows on the sides and front not only provide panoramic views but brings the outside in and toggle up curtains on the inside of the tent give much needed privacy. Two additional side doors provide flexible access and one features a practical side awning for protected access and utility use.

Comfort isn't compromised with the sealed-in groundsheet designed to keep out draughts, insects, dirt and water from the tent and cable entry points enables secure access to power without compromising on safety. Colour coded pegging system allows the correct pegs to be quickly chosen for fast pitching and ensures guylines and pegs can be seen, even in the dark.

For added comfort, an additional Footprint can be pitched first to help you pitch your tent in the correct spot first time and prevent the underside getting dirty or wet, or the addition of a Flat Woven Carpet provides under foot comfort and warmth. Or if extra living space is required, this Universal Extension securely fits to your tent for al fresco dining or a place to relax and play when the weather turns grey.

A lovely tent, ideal for long term camping but with a few niggles.
An excellent sturdy tent, just what we were looking for, suitable for the two of us (would be equally as good for a small family) to holiday in comfort and style. This is not a weekend tent. We loved 180 degree view from inside the tent with nearly floor to roof line windows. Plenty of door options. However there were a few niggles and possible design flaws. The excellent view is achievable due to the height. At over 2m I struggled to zip up the front door from outside the tent (I'm average height). The front door is brilliant for rolling to either side to open up the tent but is almost over complicated when dealing with the midge net which only has a one way zip and when folded down has no specific storage are to stop it becoming a trip hazard. When zipped up the outer tent did not fully cover the inner ground sheet (which is also attached to the midge net) and so there is a risk of water entry if raining unless specific attention is made to secure the outer to the ground sheet. When fully zipped up and midge net in place there are fist size holes at ground level open to the atmosphere at either side of the front section not covered by the midge net. There are other slight niggles from a design perspective but we thought the front door was the main problem in being over complicated in some aspects but poorly thought out in others. Please understand these are niggles and didn't detract from the enjoyment of using the tent. If the problems were sorted then we would rate it a five. Photos are available of these identified problem areas should any one wish to see them. Dealing with Taunton Leisure was a great experience and will be our go to shop in future. From initial enquiry to pricing and quick delivery they provided an excellent service.
