Easy 90 day returns
Simply return the items to us in a new and unused resalable condition, securely packaged with all product packaging, labels and tags included within 90 days of receipt.

For faulty products and warranty, please complete the claim form, you'll need your order number and some pictures when appropriate.

Orders placed by 3pm Mon - Fri are shipped same day. A tracking number is notified by email, this will be for Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD courier. Don't worry if the tracking number doesn't immediately show information as it may take a few hours to get into the carriers system.

I live in a Highlands & Islands location, how much will delivery be?
We will always try to deliver your order using our Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, which is free for orders over £50. This service is up to 20kg and 61 x 46 x 46cm.
For larger weights and dimensions we have to use DPD which add a surcharge to these destinations, this will be calculated at checkout but if you have any questions please contact customer services.
When will my order arrive?
Standard delivery is 2 – 3 working days from dispatch (with 90% arriving in two days). DPD courier services are next working day for standard UK addresses and two days for Highlands and Islands. Weekend nominated day delivery also available for extra charge.
Unless otherwise advised when you checkout we dispatch all order placed by 3pm on the same day (Mon – Fri excluding Bank Holidays)
I can't see the item I want, can you special order it for me?
We are sorry we do not have what you are looking for. If this is not an item we usually stock you would only be able to purchase through a special order in one of our shops.
A special order is an order for an item that we do not normally stock. We can’t take special orders online or by phone, but one of our shops may be able to order it for you.
If our shops special order an item for you, they do, however, have some guidelines that we would like you to be aware of…
- All special orders need to be made in person visiting a shop.
All special orders are to be paid in full prior to ordering.
All special order sales are final and cannot be refunded (unless they are faulty)
I think a product I've bought from you is faulty, what should I do?
Firstly, apologies you are having to contact us in these circumstances, in the first instance please complete the warranty service form here contact customer services or pop in the store you bought the product from, we will be pleased to help.
Important – Please contact us using warranty service for a pre-paid returns label before sending a faulty item back. We are unable to refund your return postage costs unless you have done so.
If your product is faulty and requires sending back to us then we will send you a pre-paid returns label – simply attach to the parcel and drop into your local Post Office or Collect+ shop. For larger heavier orders like tents & camping furniture etc we can arrange for courier collection if required.

We have three stores in Taunton, Exeter and Bristol and usually do pop up tent and camping events in the Spring and Summer, click here for all store details
How can I return an order to you?
You can return a new and unused item for a refund within 90 days, a returns for is included in your parcel. You are welcome to use whichever returns service you prefer or drop the parcel into one of our stores. Click here for full returns info
How can I track my parcel?
I've seen a better price on a different website, do you price match?
We have a commitment to offering market-leading prices and providing the best value possible for our customers. If you do find a competitors price to be cheaper we will do our best to match it

Our price match terms..
The price match features two like-for-like products. Same year/season, same size, same style/colour/spec etc.
The product is in stock at the competitor’s website.
Delivery costs are taken into account and added to the price match total.

Products must be sold by an authorised UK retailer of that brand or product.
Do you offer military and forces discount?
We offer a 10% in store discount off the rrp.
We are unable to offer this online as lots of our prices have already been discounted. The saving applies to the regular retail price of products and has some exclusions e.g any sale, special offers etc. Please contact a store for more details.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Click here to buy an E-Gift card – usable online or in store. You can choose email or home delivery. Note the E-Gift card purchase is not instant as sales need to be verified during our normal working hours.

How does Collect+ work for returns?
We have partnered with Collect + to offer easy returns. Customers love the convenient of organising a return and dropping it off at the local Collect + store.
Collect+ costs £4.49 upto 10kg and 60x50x50cm click here, put your order number in and buy a label.
Delivery to us typically takes 3-4 working days and you can track this progress online.
What do you do with my data?
We take the use and security of our customer’s data seriously. We do not sell, share or distribute your details with any other organisations for marketing purposes.
When you order online we use the details given to deal with and deliver the products to you so will share this with delivery, payment, review and order processing partners.
If you have opted in to our email newsletter an unsubscribe link is included in every email we send.

Can I use my Privilege Card online?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept Privilege cards online at this time. If you wish to place an order using your card and can’t get to a store then please call us on 01823 272121 (option 1) Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm.

What other countries do you ship to?
We ship to selected European countries with delivery from £9.95.
Do you ship to BFPO?
We can ship selected products to BFPO addresses.
We use Royal Mail Forces Commercial delivery services and this costs £9.95, delivery is subject to weight and volume restrictions.
At this time we are unable to remove VAT from eligible BFPO locations, if you wish to request this please contact customer services after you have placed an order.
What's your policy for selling knives and bladed products?
Taunton Leisure sells bladed products for outdoor, survival and trail use. Whether buying online or in store all bladed products should be used responsibly and appropriately.
When placing an order for a bladed product you are confirming you are over the age of 18. We reserve the right to challenge and ask for identification in store. Delivery online will require a signature on receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a sale or cancel an order at our discretion.
The tools and bladed products we sell are supplied for outdoors, camping or climbing use and form an essential part of equipment for responsible mountaineers, campers, fisherman, backpackers and survival enthusiasts. However it is worth familiarising yourself with the law for carrying and use of knives and blades.
