 DPD Courier Delivery

Free for UK orders over £200 (£4.95 for orders below)

  • Delivery in 1 working days after dispatch*

  • ORDER BY 3PM (MON - FRI) FOR SAME DAY DISPATCH

  • FULLY TRACKABLE COURIER SERVICE, email & SMS text confirmation (please add mobile number in the MOBILE field when you checkout)

  • 1 HOUR DELIVERY WINDOW advised by text and email

  • FOLLOW YOUR PARCEL to get a 15 minute window for delivery

  • FULLY MANAGE YOUR DELIVERY via smartphone

    • Select an alternative delivery date
    • Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
    • Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
    • Collect the parcel from your local DPD depot
    • Upgrade delivery to before 10, before 12, afternoon or a Saturday

*Some remote postcodes are only serviced by a 2 day delivery service

Standard Delivery - £3.95 / Free for orders £50+

  • This includes all Highlands & Islands under 15kg and within Royal Mail standard parcel size restrictions.

Larger, heavier orders and items that require extra protective packaging may be sent by courier

If you are not in when delivery is attempted you will be left a card and can collect from your local sorting office/depot, or left with a neighbour if appropriate. We are happy to deliver to a work address.

BFPO Delivery - £9.95

  • All orders are shipped by Royal Mail

  • Delivery is variable depending on location and may take a number of weeks, obviously we have no control on this.

    For Vat free BFPO locations - Choose 'BFPO Vat Free' as the country when you checkout

    For non - vat free BFPO locations - Choose 'BFPO' as the country when you checkout

Eligibility for vat free sales is subject to terms and conditions and receipt of authorisation. See our BFPO help page for details. Your order will be processed and dispatched using Royal Mail and will be at the UK BFPO Hub in 2 - 3 days however delivery to you may take a number of weeks depending on your location, this is outside our control.

Highlands & Islands & Offshore UK addresses - £14.00

Delivery to Highlands & Islands & Offshore UK postcodes below can attract an additional surcharge depending on the shipping method.

If once we have processed the order, the total parcel weight is below 15kg and within the maximum dimensions allowed, orders will be sent by Royal Mail an no extra charge is payable. If your order is over these weights or sizes we will have to ship by DPD courier and in this case we will contact you for additional delivery payment.

Postcodes included below attract a surcharge from our couriers. We will use the best value service for customers and ship using Royal Mail, where this is not possible an extra shipping charge will be payable.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Standard Delivery orders placed before 3pm on a weekday are dispatched on the same day (excludes Bank Holidays)

    DPD Courier Delivery orders placed by 3pm on a weekday are dispatched same day and will arrive the next working day after dispatch.(excludes Bank Holidays)

  • If you are ordering on a Friday and want your item for the weekend, please choose Saturday or Sunday delivery at the checkout. Items ordered on this service will be sent out on Friday for delivery over the weekend.

Can I track my delivery?

  • We are pleased to be able to offer tracked delivery on all orders. Tracking information will be emailed on dispatch of your order to the email address entered at the checkout.

  • For text and email updates pleasure ensure you add your telephone number and email address at the checkout. We are unable to get this information to the courier after the order has been placed.

Can you leave my parcel in a safe place, in a shed, back garden, or with neighbour?

  • Yes, we are able to leave items in a safe place. Please do as following:

  • FOR ROYAL MAIL DELIVERIES: Please enter your safe place in the Order Notes - Delivery Instructions section at stage 2 of the checkout process. At the moment this box only allows 30 characters, so keep your description snappy!

  • FOR DPD DELIVERIES: DPD offer a variety of ways to customise and personalise your delivery. Instructions regarding safe places for deliveries or other requests are handled by the customer through the DPD website. Links to these features are provided via text & email after your order has been dispatched.  

  • Be sure to add in your email/SMS info for this function. We have no facility for adding information to any DPD orders once they have been dispatched.

Can you send my delivery to an alternative address?

  • We are happy to send to a work or alternative address - you can manage your address book at checkout when placing your order or anytime for subsequent orders from 'My Account' (link top right of every page).

  • If you wish to change the delivery address after placing an order, but before it's been dispatched, please contact Customer Services ASAP on 01823 275121 or email webstore@tauntonleisure.comWe're open Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.

Most deliveries will need to be signed for.

Can I change the delivery address once the parcel has been sent?

  • For deliveries sent with Royal Mail we are unable to amend the address once the parcel has left us.

  • For DPD Premium Courier Delivery we can attempt an address change, however, we cannot guarantee the success of the service. Changing the address will cause a 1 working day delay to the delivery as well as an extra charge from our courier. This cost of charge will be passed onto the customer.

  • We ship using International Courier (DPD) or Royal Mail International Signed For postal delivery.

Notes for all deliveries

  • You will receive an email when you place your order and another one when it's despatched.

  • All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you by the end of the next working day. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time prior to despatch. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.

  • We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
