How do I place an Order?

Browse our products and add items to your basket as usual. When you are ready to place your order then checkout.

Select your store under delivery options for  ‘Click & Collect’.

You can review your order then if you are happy then complete the checkout process, you will be given an order number and we’ll send you an email with details of your order on.

All Click & Collect Orders are paid for in store

Why can't I order the product I want?

You can choose from all the available products in store that day, stock is updated every few minutes. For products not available then get in touch with the store by email or phone to make a request, if we have it in another store or our warehouse we’ll get it as quickly as possible.

When will my order be ready?

Usually same day, We will text and email you when your order is ready for collection.

Can I send someone else in to collect it?

Yes, no problem, just give them the order number or forward the text / email!

How long is the order reserved for me?

Uncollected orders will be returned to stock 48 hours after we have texted and emailed to confirm your order is ready.

I have a Privilege Loyalty Card - do I get my points?

Yes, just present your Privilege Card to get your points as normal.

How do I change / cancel an order?

Simply reply to the email you have received with the reservation details on with a quick note to say what you want to happen, we will then confirm by email. Or see store contact emails / tel numbers above if easier.
