Collect same day : select Click & Collect and the store at the checkout,  subject to stock availability* your order will be ready for collection on the same day during normal opening hours.

* Check the stock of the item in the store by clicking Check Store Stock on the product page.

FAQ's

How do I place a Click and Collect Order?

Browse our products and add items to your basket as usual. When you are ready to place your order then checkout.

Select delivery option ‘Click & Collect’ and choose the store you want to collect from.

You can review your order then if you are happy then complete the checkout process, you will be given an order number and we’ll send you an email with details of your order on.

When will my Click and Collect order be ready?

We will contact you when your order is ready for collection, subject to stock availability, orders should be ready the same day.

I have a Privilege Loyalty Card - do I get my points on Click and Collect purchases?

Yes, just present your Privilege Card to get your points as normal.

How long is the order reserved for me?

Uncollected orders will be returned to stock 7 days after we have called you to confirm it’s ready to collect refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of this happening.

I've changed my mind how do I change or cancel a Click and Collect Order?

Simply reply to the email you have received with the reservation details on with a quick note to say what you want to happen, we will then confirm by email.
