How do I place a Click and Collect Order?

Browse our products and add items to your basket as usual. When you are ready to place your order then Click on 'Your Shopping Bag' to checkout.

Select delivery option 'Click and Collect' and choose a branch that you want to collect your goods from.

You will need to be registered on in order to place a Click and Collect order. So if you are an existing customer then sign in to your account or if you haven't shopped with us before online then click 'I'm a New Customer' and give us some details. Choose a branch that you want to collect your goods from.

You can review your order then if you are happy then click 'Reserve for Collection', you will be given a Reservation number and we'll send you an email with details of your order on. Payment is made in store when you collect your goods.

When will my Click and Collect order be ready?

We will contact you when your order is ready for collection, orders are often available to collect same day. Please note as not all products are in stock in all stores all of the time this may take a few days. If you have a query then please contact the branch you have selected to collect from and quote the order number.

I have a Privilege Loyalty Card - do I get my points on Click and Collect purchases?

Yes, as you pay in store for your Click and Collect order just present your Privilege Card (or sign up for one) to get your points as normal, you can also redeem points when you pay too.

How long do I have to collect an order?

Uncollected orders will be returned to stock 7 days after we have called you to confirm it's ready to collect.

I've changed my mind how do I cancel a Click and Collect Order?

Simply reply to the email you have received with the reservation details on with a quick note to say 'Cancel my Order'.

Why is something I want to order is not available to Click and Collect?

The vast majority of our range is available to Click and Collect but web exclusive products, low stock or end of line may not be, home delivery is available on these lines of course.

How do I change something on a Click and Collect order?
