The Horizon Tempest pants from The North Face are a great do anything pant for women. Ideally suited for travel and summer walking they also roll up to make a 46cm capri length.

They pack up small too with a stow pocket and light fabric, high sun protection factor of 50 UPF makes them a good travel choice and the secure pocket helps too.
