do,es this jacket come in grey?

Thanks for your question, The North Face often make a variety of colours for the products, at the moment we only sell this jacket in Black as shown. We do have an alternative soft shell from The North Face in grey http://www.tauntonleisure.com/the-north-face-men-039-s-cipher-hybrid-jacket-asphalt-grey/p7282 which is in Gore Windstopper fabric - excellent quality and performance.

Will it keep out rain ?

Hello Thanks for your question,  Unfortunately this jack will not keep out the rain.  It has been designed to keep the wind out and a very light shower.  But when the rain picks up you would find water would seep through.
