The Superfeet Synergizer Blue Capsule is the most versatile Trim-to-Fit footbed. Because it's a little thinner, it works well in most lower-volume casual and sport (running, mountain biking, or tennis) shoes, or when you can't remove the inner sole from shoes. It is also ideal for flatter feet that may not tolerate the more supportive Green Capsule.

With a Rear-Foot Control Point, to control over-pronation, thus helping keep your foot correctly aligned. Result: less stress on muscles and joints.

The Mid-Foot Control Point stabilises the mid-foot. Combined with Rear-Foot Control Point, this enables you to use your skeletal strength to your advantage.
Result: a very stable foot, creating less muscle fatigue and more endurance.

Made from durable longwearing Trocellen foam Superfeet uses only high-quality, durable closed-cell foam. Result: long-lasting comfort for your pursuits.

All our stores have staff trained in the fitting of Superfeet and we would recommend a measuring and fitting service in-store.

The active Blue is designed for active sports like mountain biking, running etc.
