Are these truely waterproof. Can I wear them on a scooter and not get leakage? I bought waterproof before and even though taped seams they still get wet when riding scooter. I need something that won't have any leaking anywhere on them. I need a jacket for scooter that won't leak as well to go with these if they are completely waterproof.

These over trousers are truely waterproof. They have a Gore-tex Performance shell membrane which is tested to very high waterproof standards. They do need care and occasional washing and proofing, as do any waterproofs, and will perform as good as any over trousers on the market.
