The GPSMAP 60Cx handheld unit features a highly sensitive SiRF GPS receiver  and Quad Helix aerial  with remote antenna capability for faster acquisition of satellites.  It also lets you determine and track your position in more challenging locations such as under heavy tree coverage., in deep canyons, and even indoors!

With rugged waterproof housing, large colour display, and removable 64MB microSD card. It connects to your PC via a USB cable for quick loading of detailed map data, routes and waypoints from MapSource software (MapSource Trip & Waypoint Manager CD included).

Operating for up to 18 hours from 2 AA batteries, this GPS unit is ideal for the more adventurous outdoor enthusiast. Also compatible with TOPO Great Britain v.2 (DVD).
