We pitch all the Outwell models at our own tent display at Sanders Gardenworld, which is open from March - September. This means we know how easy a tent is to pitch and how reliable it is in the real world, wind, rain and all. 

We are likely to be more critical of quality and design than most, if it blows down or leaks at our outside display then really we don't want to stock it and sell it to our customers.

How big (long,wide, thick) are these runners?

Thanks for your question, they measure at Length 40 x Width 14 x 5mm thick (at the thickest point)

Hi, my guy line is 2.8mm in diameter. Can you confirm that the holes are big enough for the line to pass through? Thanks.

Thanks for your question, yes the holes measure at around 4 - 5mm so I see no problem with the 2.8mm guyline that you have.
