Is this rucksack suitable for women or should I choose a women's specific sack?

Thanks for the question, yes this would be suitable, especially if you are a smaller frame and choose the S/M back length. Women's packs tend to come into their own when choosing slightly larger capacity models that will carry greater weights etc
