Will this fit into my Osprey Talon 22?

Yes, the Reservoir would fit the Talon 22 Backpack.

seems crazy, but how does this fit into my Osprey Talon 33, the rucksack leaflet I got with the sac is confusing, Where is the slot for the reservoir tube to come through?

Thanks for your question, I haven't got a Talon here for me to look at unfortunately but I've called one of our stores to check and the bladder access is from the outside of the pack rather than internally like some rucksacks (from behind the back system) and as a result their isn't a specific tube access point, you can just feed the hose out the top and on to the rucksack strap, hope that helps.
