Step 1 - Search for your product, you can browse categories, brands & activitiies on the left hand side or just type in the search box and click search.

Step 2 - Select the product & size (if required) using the
'Please select a product option drop down box' and add to basket. Your basket contents and total cost will always be in the top right. You can remove products at any time before going to the checkout.

Step 3 - Click to view your basket (top right) and then proceed to checkout. We will take some information from you such as billing & shipping addresses & contact info.

Step 4 - If you are a new customer then click the button and we will create an account for you.
Your primary address must be where your card payment is registered to. You can add alternate delivery address(s) later. Your account details and password will be emailed to you and you can update your password from the 'My Account' login top right of each page.

Step 5 - You can then select an alternate delivery address if you like, or just click through to ship to the primary address

Step 4 - Payment - you will pass securely to our payment provider Protx who are the largest independent payment service provider in the country, trusted by thousands of online and mail order businesses across the UK.

Step 5 - Confirmation - you will receive email confirmation of payment and order and you can check the progress of your order at any time through the 'My Account' link top right of the pages. We'll let you know when the order's on the way to you.

Order smallprint.
We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online
transaction (secure server), post, fax or through
any of our stores. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to
validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept
MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro (formerly Switch) and Solo. If the issuer of
your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for
any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be
accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the
registered cardholder.
HM Forces BFPO Orders
We are not currently able to accept online orders for HM forces BFPO
delivery, however we are pleased to accept telephone orders through the
Taunton Store. Please call 01823 332987. Mon - Sat 9am - 5.30pm.
Deliveries to BFPO addresses are charged at our normal rates and are
sent via the Forces internal mail service at Mill Hill. Individual
members of HM Forces serving in EU countries (excluding The United
Kingdom and Northern Ireland ) will be charged VAT on any order unless:
goods are for the personal use of the individual or their dependants,
or for individual use on official duties and goods are delivered to an
EU country. Every order must be accompanied by a declaration that the
individual is a member of HM Forces serving within the EU and that the
above conditions apply.
