European Delivery Information 

We offer European delivery to selected countries that are cost effective to ship to using our courier DPD or using Royal Mail International Signed For delivery. Delivery Charges may vary from the initial charges calculated when you place the order online, this is due the variable weights and dimensions of our products.

If additional carriage is required you will be contacted with a quote after you have placed the order.

Certain tent products that are in demand for our European customers are pre set up with the correct costs when you add the 'European Shipping' product option to your basket, these orders will be dispatched using DPD courier.

Q. What are the delivery costs for Switzerland?

A. One packet upto 28kg will cost £17 (less VAT) to deliver to Switzerland  plus an additional £35 (less VAT) handling charge for processing your order ready for customs.

Q. Are the prices on the web shown with or without VAT?
 
A. The prices shown are with VAT but when you place your order and your address is recognised as a country where VAT is not applicable then the items in your basket will show at the price less VAT.

Q. How do I pay for more shipping?

A. You can buy extra shipping just like a product. They are at £6.50 each so you need to buy enough to cover the cost of you delivery carriage.

Q. When will my order be dispatched?

A. Dispatched in 2 - 3 working days - Our standard delivery schedule this allows for picking, packing and processing of your order however we aim to dispatch your order within one working day of receipt and orders are sent using a first class Royal Mail or next day courier delivery.   
If the item you are ordering is out of stock in our warehouse (but in stock in one of our stores) then their may be a small delay, we will of course inform you of the progress of your order.
(We will delay dispatch, if you haven't paid enough shipping carriage. If this happens, you will receive an e-mail from us).

Q. Can you ship large / heavy items to Europe?

A. We can ship a parcel up to 30kg, to the countries above.

Q. Why am I being asked to pay more shipping than the cost above?

A. Your order may need to be sent as two parcels due to size and weight. For example some tent come in two boxes, one for the poles and one for the outer. So we would ask for extra shipping extra shipping for the second parcel.

Q. How will I track my delivery?

A. When your order has been despatch, you will received an e-mail with the tracking number and the courier used.

Q. What guarantee do I get for my products?

A. You will get the usual manufactures year warranty.
