The Icebreaker Oasis Crewe is a lightweight thermal top with an enhanced cut that provides superb comfort, softness, warmth, and breathability.

This Oasis Crewe is a year round favourite with our customers as the weight of merino is just right for extra cold season warmth but not overkill for year round walking or mountaineering.

If you haven't tried Icebreaker before, and are considering a long sleeve base layer, then this one is an ideal place to start (you won't be disappointed!).

It's part of the Bodyfit range so the fit is closer, better for wicking & warmth, than other tops. If you want merino but like a looser fit, consider the Atlas or long sleeve Tech T lite as an alternative.

Perfect for anything from general day-to-day wear, to winter sports and travel.

Measurements refer to body size, not garment dimensions, and are in centimetres.

In cases when your body measurements are midway between two sizes, go to the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.

In instances when your body measurements for Seat, Waist and Outside Leg are in different suggested sizes, we recommend going with the size from your Seat measurement.

Measure at your navel.

Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the seat feet together.

Washing Instructions

  • Use warm or cool machine wash on normal cycle
  • Wash separately first (after 2/3 days use) to remove any loose fibres
  • Wash with like colours
  • Wash on a normal cycle with other hard fabrics to remove fluffing
  • Never use a fabric softener
  • Do not use detergents with bleach
  • Do not tumble dry - Dry flat in the shade or on the clothes line
  • Coastal and PurePlus garments are dry clean only

Bought this as a skiing base layer, however with the recent snow have been wearing it at home. Survived a sweaty morning clearing snow and unbelieveably as the bumpf says no stink - two days later. If I wasn't snowed in I may well have bought another. 20th Dec, 2010
