Made from Kerlon 1200 fabric, the Hilleberg Nallo 2 is a minimalist two-person tent that has won multiple awards and is recognised as one of the market's benchmark backpacking tents. 

Ideally this tent pitches-as-one with the flysheet and inner together, or the flysheet can be used on its own as a lightweight shelter. A rear vent on the flysheet allows you to create a very large, protected vent for greater air circulation and condensation control.

The Nallo 2 features multiple reflectors for maximum visibility from all directions, and tougher polymer guylines with virtually no stretch and zero moisture absorption.

A lightweight tent offering ample space in the entrance porch for storage without sacrifice on comfort. If you want a lightweight and incredibly strong tent with undeniable reliability then look no further.

I have used this tent for a few years now. it is very light weight, warm & draught free, simple to erect, small pack size & dries easily. If sleeping 2 the porch needs to be used to store bags etc so it's best to carry a plastic sheet or bin bag to keep bags dry. The various options on door opening positions are great. It is stable in winds but not as ridged as geodesic tents. it has good headroom at front end. If my tent wore out I would definitely buy another one it is a great tent for one person or two persons.

What season tent is this and would it stand up to a good harsh week of Scottish winter at its worst?? currently using a TNF VE-25 but bit too big and heavy for this.

The tunnel design pitched properly for the wind direction is a very stable tent and many of our customers have used these for winter mountaineering in Scotland - It is of course not as strong as a mountainering specific geodesic tent but this would be bulkier and heavier tent.
