Q.Please do you offer a forces discount?

 We offer a 10% discount  on any regular prices however lots of our online prices have already been discounted.  The saving applies to the regular retail price of products and has some exclusions e.g any sale, special offers & Tentipi products .
 
Our online system does not give an automatic discount but you can either place your order with a note (in the delivery notes section) to say you are in the forces and we can manually adjust the payment if discount can be applied, or alternatively you can phone us between 9am and 5pm on a week day on 01823 275121 and we can let you know the price that is available and take your card details over the phone.
 
Or send an email to webstore@tauntonleisure.com with a list of the items you wish to purchase (with product codes) and we can phone you back (on a UK line).
 
Q.You do not have what I want on-line, will you do a special order for me?

 We are sorry we do not have what you are looking for.  If this is not an item we usually stock you would only be able to purchase through a special order in one of our shops.

A special order is an order for an item that we do not normally stock.  We can't take special orders online or by phone, but one of our shops, (or another retailer who stocks the brand of products you are looking for), may be able to order it for you.

If our shops special order an item for you, they do, however, have some guidelines that we would like you to be aware of...

  1. All special orders need to be made in person visiting a shop.
  2. All special orders are to be paid in full prior to ordering.
  3. All special order sales are final and cannot be refunded (unless they are faulty).

Q. Can I purchase Gift vouchers from you?

 Yes we do sell Gift Cards for in store use only click here to view & buy

All gift voucher orders will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For Service.

If they are for a present we can send them direct to the gift recipient with a personal message on the delivery note - Just specify an alternative delivery address then add your note into the 'Delivery  Instructions / Gift Note' box in the checkout.
 
Currently you can't spend them on-line but you can order over the phone and spend in store. Or you can use them as payment for an order by post. Please phone customer services between 9 - 5pm for more help.

Q.Why am I being charged an additional £5 delivery charge?

  Delivery to Highlands & Islands & Offshore UK postcodes attract an additional £5 surcharge. This represents the extra costs we incur from our courier.

If the order's total parcel weight is below 5kg and within dimensions allowed we can send your parcel using Royal Mail and we will waive this charge and refund your £5 when the order is dispatched. Click here for more information on this subject.

Q How can I return a faulty item bought from you?

In the first instance please give us a call or drop us a mail so we can start the process of sorting it out for you. Click here for more info on this subject. For products bought from our stores that are faulty then please return the items together with your receipt to any of our stores and they can deal with it for you.
