Q. Do you sell in Euros or Pounds?
A. We charge for all our orders in GBP (Pounds), you can get an indication of the likley Euro price by clicking the € symbol ot the top right of the page. Exchange rates are an indication only and the actual amount charged will be subject to your card issuers terms.
Q. Are the prices on the web shown with or without VAT?
A. The prices shown are with VAT but when you place your order and your address is recognised as a country where VAT is not applicable then the items in your basket will show at the price less VAT.
Q. How do I pay for more shipping?
A. If you have been advised that due to size or weight extra shipping is payable you can buy extra shipping just like a product. This adds £1 to your basket then when you complete the order additional parcel shipping will be added as per the costs per country above. Click here to buy extra European Shipping
Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. Dispatched in 2 - 3 working days - with delivery times indicated for your country in the above table. If the order is over 30kg or due to size has to be shipped in multiple consignments we will contact you to advise of the extra shipping payable and this may delay dispatch. We will email to confirm once your order has been shipped.
Q. Can you ship large / heavy items to Europe?
A. We can ship a parcel upto 30kg, to the countries above.
Q. Why am I being asked to pay more shipping than the cost above?
A. Your order may need to be sent as two parcels due to size and weight. For example some tent come in two boxes, one for the poles and one for the outer. So we would ask for extra shipping extra shipping for the second parcel.
Q. How will I track my delivery?
A. When your order has been despatched, you will received an e-mail with the tracking number and the courier used.
Q. What guarantee do I get for my products?
A. You will get the usual manufactures year warranty.
