Standard Delivery for UK orders - Free for orders over £20 / £2.50 for orders below

3 - 5 working days delivery, this allows for picking, packing and processing of your order however we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.  Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail Packet or Tracked service depending on weight, value and dimensions. Larger, heavier orders and items that require extra protective packaging may be sent by courier. If you are not in when delivery is attempted you will be left a card and can collect from your local sorting office / depot.

Note if your delivery is by Royal Mail they are legally not allowed to deliver your parcel to a neighbour or if it's parcel that requires a signature they are not allowed to leave it without one. We are happy to deliver to a work address if suitable.

Tracked Delivery £3.95

  • Trackable delivery service using Royal Mail

Premium Courier Delivery £6.95 / Highlands & Islands & Offshore UK addresses £14.00

  • Please note: - Your order can't be left in an unsecure location and will require a signature. If you are not in when a delivery attempt is made they will try a neighbour if possible. We are happy to send to a work or alternative address if required.
  • Typical delivery in 1 - 2 working days after placing your order*
  • Fully trackable courier service, email advice with links to track your delivery
  • SMS text confirmation the day before delivery (please add mobile number in the MOBILE field when you checkout)
  • Expected 1 hour delivery window - available from 9am on the morning of delivery (via exterior courier login)

Your order will be prioritised and sent using a 24hr next working day courier (some remote postcodes are only serviced by a 2 day delivery service) and we aim to dispatch your order within one working day of receipt but this is not guaranteed. If you are not in when delivery is attempted they will often try a neighbour if possible and you will be left a card and can rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot.

Saturday Delivery £15

  • Saturday delivery in 1 day after placing your order*
  • Fully trackable courier service, email advice with links to track your delivery

  • Expected 1 hour delivery window - available from 9am on the morning of delivery (via exterior courier login)

Available on orders received before 9.00 am on Friday.  Delivery by DPD courier between 9am - 5pm on Saturdays costs £15 (for a one parcel delivery upto 30kg), simply buy this delivery option at checkout. Not available to Highlands & Islands & offshore UK addresses (see list of postcodes below). 

*If the item you are ordering is out of stock in our warehouse (but in stock in one of our stores) then we may not be able to fulfill a Saturday delivery if you order the item on Friday, we will of course advise you as soon as possible if this is the case and discuss with you what the options are available.

BFPO Delivery £9.95

  • All orders are shipped by Parcelforce BFPO Commercial Service
  • Delivery is variable depending on location and may take a number of weeks, obviously we have no control on this.
  • Eligible VAT Free sales are available subject to terms and conditions - Click here for more information
  • Tracking is only available to the BFPO distribution hub
  • Please note there is currently a 2kg weight restriction on parcels to Iraq and Afghanistan

Eligibility for vat free sales is subject to terms and conditions and receipt of authorisation. See our BFPO help page for details. Your order will be processed and dispatched using Parcelforce 48 hour delivery and will be trackable to the BFPO hub but no further than that. Delivery to you may take a number of weeks.

Notes for all deliveries

  • We dispatch to the UK and some European countries
  • You will receive an email when you place your order and another one when it's despatched.
  • Most deliveries will need to be signed for - we are happy to send to a work or alternative address - you can manage your address book at checkout when placing your order or anytime for subsequent orders from 'My Account' (link top right of every page). If you wish to change the delivery address after placing an order, but before it's been dispatched, this is not possible from your account so please contact Customer Services asap on 01823 275121 - open Mon - Fri from 9am - 5pm.
  • If the item you are ordering is out of stock in our warehouse (but in stock in one of our stores) then there may be a small delay, we will of course inform you by email of the progress of your order.
  • All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you by the end of the next working day. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time prior to despatch. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.

Deliveries to Highlands, Islands & Offshore UK Information

Delivery to Highlands & Islands & Offshore UK postcodes below can attract an additional surcharge depending on the shipping method. If once we have processed the order, the total parcel weight is below 15kg and within the maximum dimensions allowed, orders will be sent by Royal Mail an no extra charge is payable. If your order is over these weights or sizes we will have to ship by DPD courier and in this case we will contact you for additional delivery payment.

Postcodes that do not attract an additional charge if over Royal Mail weight or size but can only be sent on a 2 day courier service by DPD if selecting Premium Delivery
