Delivery Help

When your parcel is dispatched you will receive an email from us letting you know it's on the way.

If you have selected Premium, Tracked or Saturday delivery at extra cost then may also receive tracking info by email, sms text alert - see below for further details of each service.

Standard Delivery will be carried out by either Royal Mail (for smaller packets) or DPD Courier for larger or heavier items.


Deliveries by Royal Mail generally take 2 - 3 days to get to you from from the day you receive the confirmation of dispatch email. If you are not in then they will leave a card and you will either be able to collect from the local sorting office or arrange re-delivery. A signature may be required so remember to take suitable ID when you go to collect the parcel.

Although delivery is usually within a few days of dispatch Royal Mail don't consider a parcel lost until after 15 working days have elapsed. Luckily the occasions where this happens are few and far between and the service from Royal Mail is excellent. Any queries regarding delivery then get in touch.

Tracked Delivery will be carried out by Royal Mail Tracked Service (for smaller packets) or DPD Courier for larger or heavier items.

You will get a tracking number and a link in the dispatch email in order to track the progress of the delivery. Delivery will be in 2 days, sometimes quicker. If you are not in then they will leave a card and you will either be able to collect from the local sorting office or arrange re-delivery. A signature may be required so remember to take suitable ID when you go to collect the parcel.

Premium Delivery will be carried out by DPD Courier

Deliveries by DPD Courier are sent using a next working day delivery service. We aim to dispatch your order within one working day of receipt. Deliveries to offshore / Highlands & Islands typically take 2-3 days.

In order for you to track the parcel the tracking information will be notified by email, directly by DPD. If you have specified a mobile number in the mobile number  field when you place your order you will also receive an SMS alerting you that delivery will be made on the next working day. From that SMS you can reply with options to defer delivery for a day or two if that is more convenient.

It is also possible by logging on to the DPD website on the morning of delivery to get a estimated 1 hour delivery window, this is an indication but generally is accurate. It's only possible to get this detail on the morning of delivery and we are not able to specify a particular time however it can help you plan your day!

Deliveries take place between 9am - 5pm and all DPD deliveries require a signature. If you are not in then they will where possible try a neighbour either side of your address and leave a card to notify you. If they have been unsuccessful then a card will be left with instructions on what to do next.

Can I change the delivery address once the parcel has been sent?

For deliveries sent using Royal Mail we are unable to amend the address once the parcel has gone, for Premium Courier Delivery we can arrange to do this but their is a charge of £8 (this is what they charge us unfortunately). Changing the address will cause a 1 working day delay to the delivery. Contact us if you want to arrange this.
