Hi, my name is Tony and have been the manager of the Bristol store for more than 15 years so as you can imagine I have a wealth of knowledge for the products that we sell. All my staff are active outdoor people and have plenty of knowledge between them. I know that I am biased but I do believe we have the best service and the best knowledge in Bristol with a clear focus on customer service, many customers return year after year even if it just for a chat about their latest outing. We are easy to find and there is free parking outside and opposite the store plus there a small free car park close to the roundabout and of course there is always the Asda car park just a short walk away. We are also cycle friendly, you can bring your bike inside and there is a bus stop right outside too. Correct footwear fitting is a high priority in my store so be prepared to have your feet measured and plenty of time spent getting it right when coming in for new footwear. We can adjust the footwear if necessary and have plenty of fitting aids to get the best fit. Amongst the many lines that we carry in stock we do sell a lot of tents and have a limited space to put up for customers see as required. There is always lots of clothing and hardware in store, Summer or Winter, so there is no better time to pay us a visit and say hi, don’t forget your Privilege card so we can add your loyalty points.
