I recently purchased the Berghaus Arete 45 Ruchsack, As I am returning to Mountaineering after an absence of some years, I liked the look, the practicality of the rucksack and also because in the past I have used Berghaus a lot. Within days of ordering the product I recieved it. I had a issue, which was the Attachements for walking poles/Ice Axes were not with the rucksack. I sent a e-mail, to Taunton Leisure and the issue has been dealt very efficiently by the Taunton Leisure Staff, Thank You Very Much, You know who you are!. I would certainly recommend Taunton Leisure to any Family and Friends 11th May, 2011
